Summary:	Create WildFly subsystem for Add configuration paramaters to SimplePush Server Subsystem
Description:	Currently, when we embed the SimplePush server in WildFly we use the [Netty subsystem\|https://github.com/danbev/netty-subsystem]. The idea behind this was that it would be a generic subsystem and usable by others. This has not worked out that well task should add configuration options for SockJS and more and more issues have cropped, plus the advice from the WildFly team is to create a specific subsystem configuration options that are available for our specific need. This JIRA should create a subsystem specific for our the SimplePush server implementation .
