WHAT

When a user clicks the disable all versions button, a modal should be displayed to ask that they are sure and to allow them to input a custom message that will overwrite all current custom messages for each version. Each versions disabled field should also be set to true.

WHY

To allow the user to quickly set all current versions as disabled.
