Now if you try to create a new binding when you already have both iOS and Android UPS Services bound, the platform selection will be empty, thus blocking from binding it again. For this reason, I don't think this should be considered a blocker.
On the other hand, since we already have all the methods to retrieve the list of bound service, it shouldn't be too hard to fix.
