1. Problem
   When you run UPS with the docker-compose script and keycloak enabled, the UI does not load.

#Cause
When we added in the ability to configure the UI during a deployment, we broke the angular start up lifecycle with respect to keycloak.

#Fix
The initializaiton routines of the unifiedpush-admin-ui need to be updated to make Keycloak work
