h4. Steps to reproduce
1. Bind all services in project
2. Go to config and see that it is still empty
3. It will change over the time
I have been binding all services in the row they will appear as bound eventually, but it takes some time for them to appear in the config.
When server is not under pressure bindings are appearing in 3-10 seconds. Same with removing bindings.
However, on spikes, this can take while. For that time MDC will be out of sync - bindings on one screen will not reflect config.
