Christopher Foley Laura Fitzgerald After discussing this with Ali Ok we agreed that:

1. this happens when provided p12 and/or password are invalid (the operator fails and doesn't create any annotation)
2. to filter the list of available platforms the code actually lists the bound services using a different method than the one used to list the bound/unbound services in the configuration tab. Changing it to use the same method would solve this and other issues.
3. Fixing AEROGEAR-8238 should mitigate this
