As a Developer, I want a UI option available to create a build config for my iOS Mobile Client, so that I can setup my Mobile Application to be built.

h2. Acceptance Criteria
- Bind to Mobile CI/CD option available in the iOS Mobile Client UI
- Prompted via the UI, on bind, to provide the required additional parameters for iOS; Build Type (debug | release), build credentials (for Jenkins), Git source code repo (public and private)
- Documentation; create/update 'How to setup CI/CD for my iOS Mobile App' guide. The Mac Machine will need to be setup already, outside the scope of the binding operation. This setup doc should be referenced in the 'How to setup CI/CD for my iOS Mobile App'.
- demo should show multiple builds being created (e.g. debug and release)
