Now that we have deprecated Notifier, https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AGJS-281 we need to have a plan to completely remove it.

Since some API was marked as "Stable" we can't remove it without a major version bump.

Some API, thought, was marked as experimental, so those bits could be removed without a major version bump.
