Then we try to reply the local changes (replying this local changes should create new optimistic reponses - it does not)
Then when they are going to fail then they are enqueued back but https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AEROGEAR-8334
may affect this as well. Basically we need to handle server being offline and add optimistic responses for refresh (kinda tricky but have some ideas)
