You'll see the action btw on list.html:
<a class="floating-btn" href="#" >ADD</a>

And there is css to style and position it at ionic.app.scss

If the action btw is a problem, I added a "ADD" btw on the Action Bar. Also let me know if there is any screen or part missing and I'll take care of it.
