fixed 1 issues here:

1. The [postrgreshttps://github.com/aerogearcatalog/keycloak-apb/pull/51/commits/da3c7f52ce583cf22a162b7b16e90dabc66da5a5] database is created in the consuming realm, this should not be the case
2. If you specify a URL for keycloak with a trailing slash, it fails:
   https://keycloak-kcshared.192.168.64.39.nip.io/
