Dan, your commit looks good to me. Since UnifiedPush isn't being updated to version 0.8.1 as well, it seems like we shouldn't create a new 0.8.1 versions directory.
The process we need to go through to update SimplePush and UnifiedPush binaries should hopefully become simpler once these binaries are packaged in an RPM (this is something the OpenShift team was looking into doing).
