Really thank you for all your explanations and clarifications.

I got where it came from, however, for me still not make sense since if the user will stall the MSS project locally without OCP and Operator and etc it's clear for them in the project Readme that they need to install the Project(Backend + UI) which can be made by a single command and also they need to install/config the PostgreSQL separately. I mean, no make sense we create a command there which will download and install the DB + Rest Service + UI then, in the same way, shows for me that they both are different things and one is the product which is made by this Rest Service and UI and another thing is the Database used by it which indeed could be changed and be another type as MongoDB for example if the MSS product could be able to support it.
