Worked on this with lot of help from Stephen Coady, but I couldn't get receiving push messages working. This has probably something to do with the certificates we were using for building the app & UPS binding - the certs are probably not suitable for push.

I need to discuss this with Jan Hellar tomorrow, hopefully we can get it done since we verified the functionality before release testing.
