In the images attached here to raise the issue, we are able to check that the average is working since it shows a value < 100% in the images attached here to raise the issue . However, I could reproduce the same scenario as you in the latest provision of the cluster. It may be related to the changes in the Prometheus and etc .. in the integr8ly project.
We have this Jira https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AEROGEAR-9676 to replace % for an upside/down graph which IMHO shows a piece of redundant information. ~[wei il] WDYT about we just remove these % avg graphs? It would solve the problem and I do not think that it was a requirement anyway. Are you ok with we are moving in this way?
