On "uninstall" (or disabling push), the DEVICE sends a note to the network, that it's token is no longer "valid" for App XYZ.

Our Unified Push Server needs a scheduler service to query the Push Networks (e.g. Feedback-Service on APNs or a SimplePush-Server) to collect the inactive tokens.
