Because we want to be running some integration tests on this cluster, as it runs our PR-checking CI, we will need to install and configure latest version of ansible service broker there.

Steps would include

• getting information from #asbroker team on installation procedure (their installation docs for existing cluster seem to be out-of-date, most things reference evaluation on locally installed cluster)
• checking that installation would not interfere with any other teams
• installing it, hopefully in a non-service-affecting way
• letting Pavel Sturc test it
