The 'create binding' button is currently displayed on the UPS service instance. We want it to be displayed on the Mobile Client. There are a few open questions:

1. How can we allow multiple binding types?
2. Will the bind playbook still be located in UPS (probably)?
3. Can we set the Mobile Client Id automatically (would be nice)?
