Found out that those serviceaccounts belong to ups-apb and metrics-apb.

However I was not able to reproduce the issue on oc v3.9

As you can see here and here, removal of serviceaccounts is a part of deprovision role, so they should be properly removed when the playbook's finished.

Could you provide more info about the environment you seen this issue in?
