How we can allow deleting the APP CR without ensuring that the APP was deleted at the Service? **What we could do is: If we can confirm that the MobileSecurityService was DELETE then we could allow deleting all APP CRs.** NOTE: It can just be applied in the case of "UNINSTALL" the service.
