Operator currently uses `quay.io/aerogear/mobile-security-service:master`, and should be updated to use latest release instead (`quay.io/aerogear/mobile-security-service:latest`).

Note: This change should only be made once a release has been made for MSS, and release tag pushed to the MSS repo (this will trigger the MSS CI to build a release image with the tag `<release>` and `latest`, which can then be consumed by the MSS operator)
