This is related to AEROGEAR-9159, and isn't critical but would be nice to have, so I've marked it as optional.

While AEROGEAR-9159 will mitigate the issues with not waiting for the PostgreSQL to be Ready (and any other such cases), that doesn't mean that we shouldn't actually fix this known issue. Fixing it will have the added benefit of making the eventual e2e tests faster/more stable
