Briefly describe an installation and setup guide for Mac users in the Kafka README.

Currently experiencing the same difficulties as we experienced with the Kafka docker setup when using Mac.
I have tried:

• Connecting directly to the cluster IP
• Exposing a route
• Adding the cluster IP to my /etc/hosts
• Adding the cluster IP as an alias to the lo0 interface

All to no avail (so far)
