• When open for the first time, it should start with wizard
• When there are no apps (user deleted all of them), go to wizard
• When there are no analytics or logs show a blank slate to explain what these will see in that page and how to get information there, instead of disable btn.
• "App Notifications" on side bar, hide when its empty.
