1. No it's not our plugin causing the issue. It's a Cordova bug and it happens with *most* of plugins.
2. Developer should not rm folder instead of use cordova command
3. A simples Google search is give you the solution
4. Yes we can add the workaround on README but I don't agree we should do that for Cordova problems.
