Issue:
When trying to perform login without filling the Password field then the General Error Page appears and a java.lang.NullPointerException occurs. the error cause is that the org.picketlink.idm.credential Password constructor (line 34) converts the propagated password value to char array without checking whether it is null.

Expected behaviour:
The Security error page should be shown instead of the General Error page.
