As a person demoing MCP I want a compelling, cohesive demo / onboarding experience with detailed setup instructions so that I can demo MCP in the most positive light and promote it's value.
Acceptance Criteria
- New video produced that shows how to set up local instance
- New video produced that showcases using mobile.next
- Accompanying docs available - ideally as ascii cast
