WHAT: MSS Grafana Service Dashboard is using operator data when should not since it has one - We cannot find the release for the Service tags 0.2.0 and other for 0.3.0. See [ the Operator

- Note that the latest tag for the sops was not updated in the Prometheus files. See [here|https://github.com/aerogear/mobile-security-service-operator/ blob/master/deploy/monitor/ mss_grafana_dashboard mss_prometheus_rule .yaml# L643 L25]
WHY: A admin will check the CPU and Memory for example in the MSS Application Dashboard then the admin will expect to see the data just obtained from the app. Also, the labels are saying that the data/graph came from the MSS Application/Service when it is not.
