AeroGear / AEROGEAR-2179 Create Minimal OpenShift templating so we can test and run the aerogear-metrics-service in OpenShift. Change By: Dara Hayes Until we have a full APB that runs the entire metrics service apb is updated to deploy the metrics-api + postgres , we need some minimal templating that will allow us to spin up the metrics api in a given project.
