should be only a dozen or so

1. Update site.yml in mobile-docs to 'docs.aerogear.org'

2. Create a static sitemap.xml with only the base urls, save this in bin directory

3. Update build.sh to overwrite build/site/sitemap.xml with xml from step 2 after antora run
