Here http://docs.aerogear.org/aerogear/latest/push-notifications.html#device-registration there should also be `const PushRegistration = require('@aerogear/push').PushRegistration;`
Here http://docs.aerogear.org/aerogear/latest/push-notifications.html#handling user does not need to use ionic push plugin. It is possible to receive notifications with `push.on('notification', ...);` similarly to `push.on('registration', ...)`
