Giving 50 SP. We have identified that this will required changes to the AGDroid APIs to accept a new field "Firebase Applications Id". This field will replace the sender ID.

Additionally this will require updates to UPS to prompt for this field and add it to the config.json files.

Double additionally we will need to up date the json config handler in AGDroid to pull this new field.

This issue should be come an Epic and we should turn the previous line items into issues.
