The goal of this ticket is to come up with the following:
- Sprint Duration
- Definition of Done
- Meeting times

Suggestion:
- Meet Daily for both GSoC students
- Weekly with Matthias, Massimo and Leigh
- Sprints that last 2 weeks, begin on a Wednesday and finish on a Wednesday (10 working days)
*Meeting Types*
- Daily -- quick cross status update among the GSoC students
Wednesday Meetings will encompass:
- Sprint Planning -- let's see what we want to do for the next 2 weeks
- Sprint Review -- demo / discussion of what you achieved for the last 2 weeks
- Backlog Refinement -- every week, for 10 mins, what is the next priority items
- Sprint Retrospective -- this is a reflection on how the sprint went, to make the next sprint even better :)
Definition of Done:

Code is commented where appropriate
Code added has appropriate tests (where applicable)
Code is checked in to a relevant branch
Code has passed a quality check
Code is deployed somewhere and another engineer has verified the work
