Implement the MDC WHAT: MSS Grafana Service Dashboard as is using operator data when should not since it was done has one for UPS the Service and other for the Operator

WHY: A admin will check the CPU and Memory for example in the MSS Oper Application Dashboard then the admin will expect to see the data just obtained from the app .
Also, the labels are saying that the data/graph came from the MSS Application/Service when it is not.
