The javascript client has been created: https://github.com/aerogear/unifiedpush-admin-client.
Now it is a matter of maintaining it and add the method we need when some is missing.
I'm going to close this and create a new top level 'Javascript Admin Client' issue so that we can track its development through subtasks (adding application delete, application update, variant delete, variant update, etc)
