Re: Refactor Metrics collection to be deterministic We should also introduce {{PushMessageInformation#state}} with values such as {{PENDING}} and {{ SERVED PROCESSED }} so that we prevent situation when there are no loaded batches ({{totalBatches = 0}} for all variants) so that the UI interprets the situation as Processed and stops periodical Activity log updating.
