Wei Li, Ali Ok: The operators created by the operator sdk already expose metrics by default (it creates a service at port 8383 for it).

I guess this task is about getting the prometheus in the Mobile Metrics to scrape that and then configure Grafana to display some useful stuff, right? If so, should we bother adding that to the metrics APB (don't want to break that in case we need to change something there for tech preview), or is there somewhere else I should be adding that config?
