If installing the android-sdk packages on mobile ci/cd setup, we need to:

• Accept the sdk license
• User specifies a collection of packages or install the default versions if none is provided
• Android SDK packages should be installed in a PV and being attached into the pod that is running the app build (requires jenkins config update)
