Besides the README we have no real documentation on our Push Cartridge.

It would be nice if we had a guide that describes the usage of the Cartridge with little screenshots and some simple code snippets.

An initial start could be using SimplePush-UnifiedPush quickstart, since that goes into both server pieces:

• SimplePush Server
• UnifiedPush Server

Later on, we could enhence the guide by integrating other platforms like iOS or Android.
