Steps

1. provision MDC and one mobile service (keycloak/metrics/push)
2. create app with MDC
3. create a binding
4. verify that mobile-services.json was updated
5. delete the binding
6. verify that mobile-services.json was updated
7. delete app
8. deprovision MDC
