Please note that althoughthis ticket mentions 'Documenting how to add dashboards via a config map' This is actually something that an end user should not be doing. The config map is there for APBs to add dashboards. an end-user would not be creating APBs.

As such it makes no sense to document it. Instead I've documented how dashboards should be added, modified, imported exported from an end-user perspective. It also instructs the end-user what they should do if they want to modify the default dashboards provided with each AeroGear service.

Most of this stuff has been documented by Grafana so the document mostly points the user to Grafana docs.
