Description: When  attempting to unregister a device on an actual Android device or Emulator, I get a message in  the  TextView which states that a 405 error occurred.  Also  app is closed ,  neither the javascript success or error handler get invoked.  I did see a post online indicating the Google/Android docs  notifications  are  incorrect regarding how  not being received in  the  unregister is suppose to work  notifications .  This occurs using the plugin from the master branch.
