After basic/digest auth is supported in the iOS library, enhance the aerogear-ios xcode template with options for the user to select the appropriate authentication type.

e.g. user clicks "Enable Authentication" checkbox, a combo box with "Basic" and "Digest" options appear for the user to select with the appropriate code generation.
