Test SDK with metrics apb server to check if implementation works with backeng .
Validate if interfaces are matching and functionality is working.
This ticket should be done only when backend work is finished

* provision Metrics APB
* push data from the App (automatically done when using the Metrics SDK)
* verify correct metrics show up in Grafana Dashboard
* check the behaviour in failure scenarios, and if fails in a reasonable manner e.g. no network on device, metrics service isn't running
As part of this task, evaluate if/how much of this could be automated.
