Setup a single page for the Custom Runtime Connector service. The page should include:

• Service Icon
• Paragraph describing the service
• Paragraph on the value which it provides
• Link to the service repo
• Link to the getting started guide of that service
• Link to more detailed documentation of the service
• Navigation bar on the left with links to other service pages.
