Investigate the load/usage on the community cluster.
Some Questions/Tasks

• Install a monitoring tool e.g. cockpit to understand the usage on the nodes
• Research minimum node size that's required to run OpenShift

Following the above investigations the options are that we could,
Reduce the number of nodes in the cluster
and/or
Reduce the size of the nodes.

By my investigation we are currently using the cluster for testing sync development, Jenkins pipelines and there may be a need to use it for any testing required for any community release.
