Description:

A change is being made in the SimplePush Server, AGPUSH-261, that will affect the UnifiedPush Server.
This change means that instead of providing a pushNetworkURL when registering a simplePush variant the absolute URL to be used for notifications will be provide by the client in the endpoint.

This task should update the UnifiedPush Server to be able to handle these absolute URLs.
