The Admin link opens the User Management / Log Out dropdown directly,

but in responsive mode, you see the hamburger icon,
which, when you click on, reveals Admin link that opens the User Management / Logout.

Would you consider that a critical fix? As I see there are changes in bootstrap/patternfly needed to make this work.
