When the app is closed, notifications are not being received in the Android notifications panel(like when you swipe from the top). I get a message in the log that extras are being cached and will be sent out at a later time. This occurs using the plugin from the master branch on GitHub. Also, once app is closed and reopened, notifications are no longer received by the app. Again, I still get a message in the log that extras are being cached and will be sent out at a later time.
