We currently have the same document tailored for each mobile service with regards to sharing access to mobile services.

These could be unified and moved to a mobile docs repo.

Also consider removing the section at https://github.com/aerogearcatalog/metrics-apb/blob/master/docs/modules/ROOT/pages/giving-an-openshift-user-access-to-metrics.adoc

and just give info on using the cli only - with the addition of how to create a new user prior to it.
